At Cook's we love to hear from our customers.
That's why, for years, we have served them through our
Customer Care Center.
The
Customer Care Center serves to assure quality
service, primarily through customer surveys. Both
residential and commercial pest control as well as
termite control customers are surveyed by phone
throughout the year. If a particular need or concern
arises, the Center is quick to provide information to the
local district office for immediate response. In
addition, the Center serves to answer incoming
calls throughout each service area at times when the
local district may be closed (in the evening or on
Saturday). The Customer Care Center is available
to serve you during weekdays into the evening hours,
every Saturday and most holidays.
